“Partial Eclipse”

An evening unlike any other. As the 2026 solar eclipse swept across Cornwall, we traded dry land for the Atlantic and watched the light transform from the water. With almost 95% of the Sun disappearing behind the Moon, a normal summer surf became a once-in-a-generation session — strange light, silhouettes, friends and the ocean beneath an eclipsed Cornish sky.
